Individual Entry $650

• Individuals may enter this event and will be paired with other individuals and a celebrity for the golf tournament, May 21.

Birdie Sponsor $2,500

• One four-person team in the tournament.  Each four-person team will be paired with a celebrity, playing a five-some.
• Each golfer and one guest (8 people) are invited to our VIP Reception with our celebrities on Sunday, May 20^th, 2018, from 1:30 – 3:30pm.
