Who We Are

Our History

The Bixby Community Outreach Center started as a satellite site for Broken Arrow Neighbors. It was known then as Bixby Area Neighbors. In 2006, it separated from Broken Arrow Neighbors and became an official nonprofit. Bixby Outreach Center continued to grow with the addition of the box truck in 2009. In 2013, the first annual fundraiser took place. The Blue Jeans Ball was a huge success! In April of 2014, BOC moved into its current building to continue meeting the needs of the community.

It takes more than 100 volunteers and 4 staff members to carry out the mission of the BOC. With the wonderful support of our community, we are able to serve the more than 250 families that walk through the doors each month.
